FAQ

  • Do you provide the alcohol for private events?

Ivory + Oak Mobile Bar provides full-service bartending for your event while operating in compliance with state and local laws. As a dry-hire bar, we’re able to serve alcohol but cannot sell it by the glass. Your flat-rate package includes everything needed for seamless service—professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, non-alcoholic beverages, servingware, and exclusive use of our beautifully converted horse-trailer bar. You supply the alcohol of your choice, giving you complete flexibility over your budget, and any unopened bottles are yours to keep after the celebration.

  • Do you require power?

Our trailer is fully self-contained and powered by its own generator. As long as the truck can be parked within 75 feet, we’re ready to go. If that’s not possible, we also have battery generators available. No on-site water, electricity, or drains are required—making setup simple and stress-free.

  • How long does it take to set up?

Setup takes approximately 1 hour, regardless of the size of your event. Teardown takes about 30min after the event.

  • What is your payment and refund policy?

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

    • Cancellations made more than 60 days before your event receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee.

    • Cancellations made between 31–60 days before your event receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non‑refundable.

You may reschedule your event at no additional cost; however, the refund policy is based on the original event date.

  • How far will you travel?

We include travel up to 60 miles roundtrip from Nashville at no extra cost. Beyond that, mileage is billed at $5 per mile. Our standard service area extends within a 90‑mile radius, but if you’re located farther, we’re happy to review requests on a case‑by‑case basis—just reach out and ask!

  • How do you handle gratuity?

For gratuity, we typically provide a tip jar at our bars. If you’d prefer not to have one, simply let us know. You also have the option to add gratuity directly to your final invoice. In either case, 100% of tips go to the bartenders and baristas who serve at your event.
